Fully Welded Ball Valve

The Fully Welded Ball Valve features a fully welded valve body and a 90° rotating ball structure, reducing external connection points such as flanges and bolts, thus lowering the risk of external leakage. It is suitable for long-distance pipelines, stations, and buried pipelines.

Low Torque Fixed Ball: The trunnion-mounted structure supports the ball with upper and lower shafts, reducing the load and friction between the ball and the valve seat.

SPE/DPE Seat: Available with either SPE or DPE seats.

Multiple Stem Seals: Employs a blow-out-proof stem, O-rings, and packing for sealing.

Corrosion Protection and Buried Installation: Can be equipped with FBE, 3LPE, and other corrosion-resistant coatings, and can be configured with Stem Extension and extended grease injection and drainage pipelines to meet relevant buried installation requirements.

Fully Welded Valve Body: Welded connections between valve body components reduce external connection points, and weld quality is controlled through welding processes and non-destructive testing.

Trunion Mounted Ball: The ball is supported by upper and lower shafts, reducing ball load and operating friction, suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure applications.

Anti-Blowout Stem: An anti-blowout structure is used, and an anti-static device can be configured to reduce the risk of stem detachment and static electricity buildup.

Seal Pressure Relief: Available in SPE, DPE, DBB, or DIB structures, depending on the pressure rating and pipeline isolation requirements.

Valve Body: Available in A216 WCB, A352 LCC, A105, LF2, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel.

Ball and Stem: Available in F304, F316, and alloy steel, and can be coated with ENP, hard chrome, or carbide coatings to improve wear and corrosion resistance.

Valve Seat and Seal: PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, and metal valve seats are available, matched according to media, temperature, and pressure.

CNC Machining: CNC machining of key components such as valve body, ball, and seat, followed by dimensional and fit accuracy inspection.

Welding and NDE: Welding process control according to product and project requirements, with RT, UT, MT, or PT inspection of critical welds.

Pressure Testing: Each valve undergoes body and seat seal testing according to applicable standards, and test records are provided.

Size and Materials: Customization of diameter, pressure rating, valve body material, ball material, and seat configuration is supported.

Actuation Methods: Manual, gear, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuation are supported, and limit switches, solenoid valves, and positioners can be added.

Buried Configuration: Stem extensions, grease injection pipes, drain pipes, and FBE/3LPE anti-corrosion coatings can be customized.

Export Packaging: Valve ends are equipped with protective caps, and the sealing surfaces are treated for rust prevention. Wooden crates, pallets, and waterproof packaging are used according to size.

Container Shipping: We support 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ shipping options, and container loading and reinforcement are carried out according to valve size.
