100% verification of HVOF coating hardness (≥60 HRC) and layer thickness on metal-seated balls and seats.
Fire-Safe & Torque Validation:
Serialized Torque Testing across all pressure differentials to ensure proper actuator sizing and ISO 5211 mounting compatibility.
