Application Specific

Materials & Surface Treatment

Body Materials: Available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low-Temperature Steel, Duplex, and other alloy materials, selected based on pressure, temperature, and media.

Ball & Stem: Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, and other materials are available based on media corrosivity, temperature, and pressure, with surface hardening treatment possible.

Hard-Facing Materials: Supports Stellite, Tungsten Carbide, and other suitable hard-facing materials; specific hardness and thickness are determined based on material and operating conditions.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Manufacturing Process: Material Inspection → Machining → Hard-Facing → Finish Machining → Lapping → Assembly → Pressure Testing → Final Inspection.

Hard-Facing Inspection: Inspects hardness, thickness, surface quality, and critical dimensions of hard-facing components to ensure they meet technical requirements.

Material Traceability: Critical pressure-bearing components can be traced using Heat Number, MTC, and PMI, with relevant reports provided based on the order.

Testing & Inspection

Pressure & Leakage Test: Conduct housing and seat tests according to API 598, API 6D, ISO 5208, or project requirements. Specific acceptance criteria will be confirmed upon order confirmation.

NDT: Provide non-destructive testing (NDT) such as PT, UT, and RT according to product standards and project requirements.

Final Inspection: Inspect dimensions, connections, opening and closing operations, markings, and appearance. MTC, PMI, and Pressure Test Report documents can be provided.

Customization

Size & Pressure: Supports customization of NPS, DN, Pressure Class, Port, and Face-to-Face.

Material & Connection: Supports Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, and alloy materials. RF, RTJ, and BW connections are available.

Actuation: Supports Manual, Gear, Pneumatic, Electric, and Hydraulic operation modes.

Special Functions: Anti-Static, Anti-Blowout Stem, DBB, DPE, Cavity Relief, and Extended Bonnet are available depending on the product structure.

Packaging & Delivery

Export Packaging: Plywood Case, Wooden Case, or Pallet packaging with port protection, rust prevention, and moisture protection.

Lead Time: Standard specifications typically take 4–6 weeks; special materials, large diameters, and high pressure ratings typically take 8–12 weeks, subject to order confirmation.

Documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, MTC, PMI Report, Pressure Test Report, Inspection Report, and Certificate of Origin are available.

FAQ

Q: What leakage requirements can you provide?

A: Valves can be tested for leaks according to applicable product standards and project acceptance requirements. The specific leakage level needs to be confirmed based on the valve structure, pressure, temperature, and test medium.

Q: How do you control hard-facing quality?

A: We test hardness, thickness, surface quality, and critical dimensions according to hard-facing material and process requirements, and provide corresponding inspection reports when necessary.

Q: Can you provide high-temperature valves?

A: Yes. High-temperature valves require comprehensive selection based on valve body material, seat structure, packing, pressure rating, and hard-facing system.

Q: What documents are available?

A: MTC, PMI, pressure test, dimensional inspection, and other quality documents can be provided according to order requirements.

Q: Can you accept small or trial orders?

A: We can assess small-batch or trial order needs based on product specifications, materials, and customization level. The specific MOQ and price will be confirmed during the inquiry process.

Q: What information is needed for a quotation?

A: It is recommended to provide Valve Size, Pressure Class, Media, Temperature, Body Material, Connection, Quantity, and Applicable Standard to facilitate accurate selection and pricing.
